This particular plan #7-2601-1 is shown here in a 7-plex format which is a townhome 3-story design with lower garage. The lower floor has a tandem garage along with bonus room and full bathroom. The second floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen with nook, laundry closet, and a 1/2 bathroom. The third floor contains a master bedroom and master bathroom along with two more bedrooms and one more full bathroom. This plan along with any of our plans can always be modified to meet your needs such as floor plan changes and specific unit density to fit your properties requirements. The Contemporary Craftsman Collection. In this collection of homes you will find home plans that have been designed with the Craftsman style in mind. These home are usually one and two stories, gable-end roof lines with overhanging eaves, deep front porches with columns that have stone accents, and attached garages.

Small Cottage House Plans

The Cottage House plans offered at Building Designs by Stockton make a small home seem large. Our Cottage House plans will make efficient use of the space allowed and will usually offer a great room design with plans also offering the traditional living room, dining room and kitchen design. Our Cottage House plans square footage will start at approximately 800 sq.ft and go up to 1500 sq.ft. of living space with attached garages and some plans offering rear alley garages.
