The Vacation Home plans here at Building Designs by Stockton will feature the following designs: Chalet, Contemporary Craftsman and Lodge styles. The Chalet plans will offer great room floor plans with many windows to bring the outdoors in. The Chalet home plans also offer large decks for outside entertainment. The Contemporary Craftsman home plans will offer many different floor plans that can be used almost anywhere from the beach to the mountains. Many will offer great rooms and / or family rooms. These home plans may include porches and decks for your outdoor living. Our Lodge style plans also offer large decks. These home plans will have many wood and stone accents throughout the exterior and interior of the homes design. The Chalet, Contemporary Craftsman and Lodge style home plans are available in one, two and three story designs which offer specific room orientation for the view offered whether it be for the ocean and its beaches, rivers, mountains, or the special view you have.
Pre-Designed Plan Modifications: If small floor plan changes, such as enlarging a floor plan, modifying a bathroom and kitchen layout, adding additional units to a multi-family design, or just changing the architectural style of the building are requested, please feel free to contact our office by E-mail or fax over a sketch with your ideas in mind.
